• Employment history, education, references, and right-to-work information.
• Verification results and related correspondence.
• Technical data from our website (limited logs & cookies – see Cookie Policy).

Purposes & lawful bases

• Provide screening services – contract with clients and/or legitimate interests.
• Obtain candidate consent where required – consent.
• Compliance (e.g., prevent fraud) – legal obligation / legitimate interests.

Sharing & processors

We share personal data with vetted suppliers (e.g., referees, verification services, secure hosting and email providers) strictly for these purposes and under contracts.

International transfers

If data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for screening and legal/regulatory requirements, then delete or anonymise it in line with our retention schedule.
